• When we fail to deliver the assignment on the submission deadline.
• When the client does not found our writer’s work to match the given requirements.

However, we do not provide money refunds in cases when:

• The client no longer wants the assignment (after confirming the order to us), because of whatsoever personal reasons.
• When the client is not sure about the quality of our work or if he finds someone else at a much cheaper rate than us!

*Note that it is the mere duty of the client to ask about such doubts from our customer service representatives before confirming the order to us.
